Before we ship our products, we inspect the loading and unloading process, storage location, storage conditions, packaging, labeling, product documentation process, and distribution of emergency response.
By selling our product, we use the proper regulatory affairs and also provide the risk assessment and SDS to the customer.
Besides that, customer assessments and new customers acceptance protocols are implemented to ensure the proper usage of the product.
Other than the products, we also focus on the consumer, by giving crucial information (Ex: health hazard, environmental risk) (if exists) to the consumer.
